Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will usually be dispatched on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. We do not offer same day dispatch, and Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed, even for express shipping services.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for this email to arrive.
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, LUMAIR® cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Most parcels are delivered directly to your mailbox or front door. In some cases, the courier may require a signature or hold the parcel at a local collection point if they believe it is unsafe to leave unattended. We recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, courier delays, and local delivery conditions.
Tracking Information
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed. After your order ships, a second email containing your tracking number and tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking updates may take 1–4 days to appear after dispatch. In rare cases, tracking may not update immediately even though the parcel is still in transit.
If you experience any issues with your shipment or tracking information, we recommend contacting the courier directly before reaching out to our support team.
International Duties & Taxes
International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or additional handling fees depending on their country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
LUMAIR® does not collect or control these fees and cannot refund any customs or import charges.
All international orders are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes Unpaid), meaning any applicable fees must be paid before the parcel can be delivered.
If shipped via DHL or similar carriers, the courier may pay duties and taxes on your behalf to speed up customs clearance. In this case, you may receive an invoice from the courier after delivery for reimbursement plus any applicable administration fees.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lumair.co.uk. While we will do our best to update your order before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has started.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can either resend the package to the correct address or issue a refund once the item has been received back at our warehouse.
