At LUMAIR®, your comfort comes first.

We want you to feel confident shopping with us and completely satisfied with your experience. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

60-Day Comfort Guarantee

We encourage you to properly try your LUMAIR® Travel Cushion and experience the comfort for yourself. If it’s not the right fit, you can request a return within 60 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
• Your return request must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your order
• Proof of purchase or order number is required
• The product must be returned in good condition
• All included accessories, packaging, inserts, and bonus items should be returned

Return Conditions

Returned products should:
• Be free from significant signs of misuse or damage
• Have fully functioning valves and seams
• Be safely packaged for return transit

To help keep our guarantee fair for all customers, returns showing excessive damage or misuse may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, shipping protection, and optional add-ons are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as returned parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by our returns team.

Free Gifts & Promotional Bundles

If your order included free gifts or promotional bundle items, these must also be returned to qualify for a full refund.

Orders purchased using promotional discount codes may be eligible for store credit instead of a cash refund.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow:
• 7–14 business days for processing
• Additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been approved and processed.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact our support team with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem

Our team will work with you to provide troubleshooting assistance, a replacement, or another suitable resolution where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Due to fast order processing, orders cannot always be cancelled once placed.

If your order has already shipped, it will need to follow the standard return process after delivery.
